• MGG ENERGY GLOBAL ENERGY TRADING
  MGG Energy Global Energy Trading focuses on the global trading of physical energy-related commodities (crude oil, refined petroleum products, petrochemicals, electricity, etc.), and on the global trading of energy related securities and derivatives. MGG Energy Global Energy Trading operates a state of the art Global Trading Facility in Atlanta that employs a top of the line Information and Communication Technology network to connect to Global Energy Markets.

• MGG ENERGY POWER PROJECTS
  MGG Energy Power Projects Division focuses on the conception, promotion, construction, commissioning, operation, and ownership of Power Generation Plants. Presently, the power generation capacity available on the African Continent, quantified as per capita megawatt, is extremely low. There demand for power all over the continent greatly exceeds the supply. MGG Energy Power Projects is currently developing one 450 Megawatt Natural Gas Combined Cycle project.

• MGG ENERGY OIL and GAS
  MGG Energy Oil and Gas Division is currently involved in some downstream oil/gas projects such as crude oil refining and natural gas refining. The company is currently undertaking a feasibility study for an Integrated Methane Complex in Nigeria that would include a 20,000 barrels per day Gas-to-Liquids (GtL) plant. MGG Energy is working on a strategic alliance with a leading Exploration & Production company, with whom it plans to venture into the upstream Oil and Gas sector.

• MGG ENERGY ENGINEERING
  MGG Energy Engineering Division focuses on the design of energy production, conversion, transmission, distribution, and delivery systems. MGG Energy is exploring the possibility of entering into a partnership with a leading University, from which it hopes to draw on the intellectual resources available in the academic community. MGG Energy has invested substantially in the latest engineering hardware and software, and in staff training. MGG Energy is dedicated to the provision of first class engineering services to its clients and the development of quality products.
